Birth Story:
Ava was originally due 4/20 but we found out she was breech
and scheduled a c-section for 4/11. On the evening of 3/29 dh and I were watching survivor. I got up to go to the bathroom
at 10:30pm and my water broke. We were completely unprepared since we thought we still had 3 weeks to go. We didn't grab
a thing, we just ran out to the car and drove to the hospital! Once we got to the hospital and checked in we realized we didn't
even bring the camera. We called dh parents and they brought a list of items that we requested. They got me into surgery very
quickly and Ava Brooke Martin was born at 12:32 am. It was all very surreal, but the one thing I remember most is seeing her
for the first time and thinking that she looked just like me!
