Malcolm was the son of Scotland's King Duncan (DH's name is Duncan) and we loved the show Malcolm in the Middle - which turns out he will be in the middle! And James sounds really good with it - like a Jazz musician; and DH just liked the name Andrew (or Andy as we will call him), so we picked Thomas to go with it.
