Birth Story:
My water broke at 7:30 AM that morning and we arrived at the hospital at around 8:45. After getting an epidural at about
11 AM, Alahna's heartbeat kept dropping really low, so my doctor decided to do the C-Section. It turns out my placenta had
blood clots in it and abrupted during labor. Alahna was in the NICU for 2 days after having fluid in her lungs and having
a hard time maintaining a temperature. They let her room in with us the last 2 days of the hospital stay and she has been
doing great since! She eats really well and has definitely put on some weight!
